Conversational search and recommendation over large catalogs. Self-hosted and managed models, retrieval grounding, structured outputs, and evaluation harnesses that decide whether a model is actually fit to ship.
Built a conversational search service on a self-hosted LLM over a multi-million-track catalog
I find where the money actually goes — data processing, idle capacity, oversized functions — and remove it without touching what users experience. Measured before and after, never estimated.
Took one platform from $44.5k to $30k a month, no degradation, no rollback
Designing systems that hold under load, and moving live ones without downtime. Snapshot and rollback strategy first, cutover second, old infrastructure deleted only after production proves itself.
Helped migrate on-premise systems onto AWS, and moved managed services onto self-hosted infrastructure
Health dashboards that let an on-call engineer diagnose from one screen, and alarms tuned against measured baselines so they stay actionable instead of becoming noise people mute.
Built the monitoring layer a multi-service production platform runs on
Production mobile work from architecture to store release — native Android, Kotlin Multiplatform and Flutter — with the crash triage and CI discipline that keeps quality from sliding.
Raised crash-free users from 80% to 99.8% on a marketplace app
